Complete gut renovation and addition to a neglected rowhouse.  Redesigned the layout of the entire house and created a new grand kitchen in the center of the home. Selected and specified all decorative materials like lighting, cabinetry, tile, counters, closet systems, repurposing old pocket doors for barn doors on office, designed new railings and stair area, lighting layout, and flooring.
